AS FROM TODAY IT WILL BE SIMPLE TO TAKE ACTION ON UNEVEN AND DISJOINTED CONCRETE.

 

We have applied a system with adjustable wedges to all our models. This consists of pad as elastic support and allows to install SPLUGA and AIR FLEX systems also on uneven and not leveled concrete: the system can balance difference in thickness from 10 mm up to 45 mm.

It happens more and more often to act on uneven and disjointed concrete, this can be a problem while installing, but the leveling wedge helps solving this issue: this leveling element is made of hardy plastic material, once installed it is locked by an anti slip system which grants an excellent resistance to significant stress during game phases.

 

This solution is perfect for quick intervention when there's no time to make a new concrete subfloor, that requires long drying time, at least 1 month for a 4 cm concrete.

 

The wedges system perfectly integrates with model SPLUGA and AIR FLEX - the rugged plastic support does not affect the flexibility of the sports floor.

FIBA Sports Parquet Floors 2015

New rules for FIBA certified products

As from 2015 FIBA sports parquet floors will be safer and more guaranteed.  

As from 1st January 2015 all FIBA certified products must be covered with liability insurance policy for a value not lower than 3.000.000 CHF.

Only Companies in possession of this insurance will sign the new contract and will therefore be FIBA certified for the period 2015 – 2016.

This further standard will definitely certify safer products recommended by FIBA for sports facilities. In 2012 SEICOM had already signed a liability insurance policy and a products insurance policy with ALLIANZ , who works on international level.

The "Products liability insurance policy" signed by Seicom covers all civil risks that may occur due to damage or subsidence of the sports parquet floor due to manufacture defects.
